Oregon is a great place to live and to work. To keep it that way we must work hard to insure that the place we have grown to love and call our home will remain that way for generations to come. We also need to be thinking of ways we can build our economy while fighting global warming and the rising cost of energy. Al Hansen wants to insure that green jobs come to Oregon and stay in Oregon. Solar, Wind and Tidal are all clean and efficient forms of energy and we have the opportunity as well as responsibility to continue to research these technologies and begin manufacturing them here in Oregon.
Al’s plan for bringing green jobs to Oregon will lower the unemployment rate, clean our air, and provide the state with the funding it needs to build bridges, road and schools.
